Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q: Where will we sleep? Are there bathrooms?
A: You'll be sleeping in a boys or girls dorm, on mattresses and in your sleeping bags. There are great bathrooms with proper toilets and hot water!

Q: Is the water safe to drink?
A: Yes, of course. You'll be drinking treated water.

Q: Will we be hiking long distances?
A: Hiking on these courses is optional, and will never be very long. They'll be very beautiful, though.

Q: Do I need to buy new gear for this trip?
A: NO! Not necessary at all. Things that you don't have can be borrowed from a friend!

Q: How do I get to La Lucena?
A: Check on the Maps section to find out where we are. If you're coming to Córdoba by bus, make your arrival at the town of Ascochinga. You're 3 km away at that point. We'll arrange a shuttle by taxi from there. You can always call us from a public phone in Ascochinga if you're lost!
